Financial Statements

  • We prepare the end of year financial statements for the director(s) to approve
  • Once signed we submit your accounts to Companies House and HM Revenue & Customs using approved iXBRL tagging software

Corporation Tax​

  • We register as your tax agent and file your Corporation Tax return with HM Revenue & Customs using approved software
  • We calculate your tax and inform you of the amount and date for payment

VAT Returns

  • We register as your tax agent and file your VAT returns with HM Revenue & Customs using approved Making Tax Digital (MTD) software
  • We review the return and check for any errors in the VAT coding

Sole Trader

  • We prepare and submit self-assessment returns for sole traders

Payroll

  • We can run your payroll, including all correspondence with HM Revenue & Customs and on-line filing of monthly and year end returns plus auto enrolment and correspondence for pension schemes

Bookkeeping

  • A range of bookkeeping services are available including weekly, monthly or quarterly review of the bank reconciliations and receivable/payable ledgers

We include free telephone or email support on agreed services but additional meetings or services may be charged at a fixed hourly rate.

Where appropriate we give guidance and training on bookkeeping and other related matters.

We keep you abreast of new legislation and accounting standards We keep you informed.  You will be provided with copies of all relevant documentation, e.g. tax returns, tax computations and until you are happy with the explanations the service is not concluded.
