After 20 years working for a large multinational organisation and following a short break I decided to create my own accountancy firm. I have quickly learnt that many people experience poor service from their accountant or are utterly confused by the language and terminology. My aim is to fix both of these issues by being on hand to respond to clients on a timely basis and to explain the accounting issues in a way that is jargon free and in plain English.
I am a patient person and I enjoy finding solutions to problems. I have always felt very comfortable training people how to use either an application or a piece of software.
